According to a Sunday, March 28, 2010, article in The Columbus Dispatch, Bexley has weathered the recent housing price slump more successfully than any other community in Central Ohio. "The best-performing municipality, Bexley, had a 5 percent increase in sales price - about 1 percent a year," stated the article. "It's possible to find homes in Bexley - unlike in many other communities - that sold for more during the past 12 months than during the boom."
