FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, you can now order the new Alumni decals quickly
and securely online with your credit card.
If you prefer to order and
pay by check or by sending us your credit card information, please
complete the quantity and postage fields below and click Submit. On the
next page, confirm that the order summary information is correct and
complete the billing and shipping fields. You may then print the
completed form and send it along with your check (or credit card
information) to BHS Alumni Assn., P.O. Box 457, Lithopolis OH
43136-0457. To order
online using a secure connection, please fill out the form below, making sure
that you select the quantity field(s) and the appropriate postage
required. Order all of one kind or any combination of the two types of
decals and select postage for that total quantity range (i.e. 6 static
clings and 4 peel ‘n stick clings for a total of 10 decals would be 50¢
postage).
Please note that the
static cling decals are $1.00 each plus postage and the peel ‘n stick
decals are 50¢ each plus postage.
