AWARDS NOMINATION FORM

The alumni board would appreciate your input with suggestions for Distinguished Alumni Award and Honorary/Honored Alumni Award honorees.

The criteria for the selection of recipients of the Distinguished Alumni Award includes an alumnus who has achieved outstanding accomplishments, honors or recognition for meritorious work in their chosen field of endeavor or on behalf of their community.

The criteria for the Honorary Alumni Award includes someone, other than an alumnus, who has exhibited outstanding service on behalf of the high school.

Criteria for the Honored Alumni Award includes an alumnus who has exhibited outstanding service on behalf of the Bexley school community.
