Building a Community of Learners into a Community of Leaders

John R. Kellogg - Principal

John R. Kellogg

The relationship between the alumni association and Bexley High School is a wonderful representation of the school district's mission statement "Building a Community of Learners into a Community of Leaders." The commitment and support of Bexley alumni continue to provide better opportunities for our current students. The efforts of the alumni association contribute to the success of the high school. More importantly, the alumni provide students examples of leadership and the manner in which it can be used to support other people.

The academic, extra‑curricular, and co‑curricular programs offered to Bexley students provide them the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. The foundation of excellence for these programs was established by past students and is maintained by our current student body.  As our graduates make the transition from student to alumni we hope they actively support their high school through their involvement in the alumni association.

Through the hard work and outstanding accomplishments of its students, Bexley High School has earned a reputation as an outstanding high school.  We look forward to working with community members, alumni, staff, and students to continue building on that tradition.

Sincerely,
John R. Kellogg
