Friday, June 18 – 6:00 pm -- Welcome dinner at The Bexley
Monk restaurant, 2232 E. Main St. Choice of 3 entrees with cash bar
in a private meeting room at Bexley’s premier restaurant.
Saturday, June 19 – 10:30 am – Meet at the Columbus Country
Club for group photo. You will receive your photo before leaving the
CCC. Immediately following will be a luncheon or brunch and class
meeting at CCC.
3:00 pm – Meet tour bus in the St. Charles HS parking lot,
2010 E. Broad St. (the parking lot on the west side of the school
can be accessed from Broad St. or Clifton Ave.) The bus tour of
Bexley, conducted by Bexley historian Ed Hamblin, will proceed
through the streets of Bexley and will include the new commercial
areas. (Those of you who have not seen the changes to the commercial
areas of Bexley and the remodeling of residential areas will be
amazed.) If you wish to drive by your old house or any other Bexley
landmark, let us know so the address can be included in the tour.
The cost of this program will be $95 per person, with checks made
out to Nancy Clark, Treasurer BHS 60th Reunion. Please mail these
checks no later than May 10 since deposits will be required
for these events.
Lodging with special Bexley reunion rates has been arranged at the
Hilton Columbus at Easton (www.hilton.com/columbuseaston)
and the Best Western-Port Columbus (www.bwcolumbus.com)
Special rates apply if reservations are made no later than May 1.

Melbourne, Florida Mini-Reunion
Saturday, March 6 - with overlap to Sunday, and possible
options for Friday.
Rita has set up rooms for us with the Crowne Plaza Hotel in
Melbourne. This is where we stayed before. She and Pati Cooper
Hakimoglu have already signed up for a Hospitality Room. It is a
really great place - right on the ocean but with a pool as well.
Lots of friendly help too. It's convenient to many local points of
interest.
Please let Rita know a.s.a.p. if you plan to attend, or if you have
questions.
As of January 10 we had 14 signed up for sure - and another 4 or 5
possibles.

We don’t have a specific
date, but we do have a year – 2011, and the class of ’61 will have a
fifty-year reunion event.
Frank Kass has
agreed to serve as Chair. He will organize a committee and start
planning soon.
Your help is needed
now in updating our address list, adding email addresses to expedite
later communications, making suggestions and, of course,
volunteering for the committee.
