Trudy
Halasz Horkin – Melbourne FL & Columbus OH
In April 2008 Marv and I moved into our Winnebago motor home where,
except for a few months in our Columbus condo, we have lived. Summer
2008 we traveled northeast, followed by a trip down the east coast
to Melbourne FL, where we’ve been spending winters. Among our
activities there, we volunteer at a “horses for the handicapped”
therapeutic riding facility. Summer of 2009 we will be campground
hosts in Wisconsin before heading around northern Lake Superior and
back to Columbus, then to Melbourne for the winter. We enjoy our RV
life and travel. We are blessed with good health and still enjoy
each other’s company as we approach 50 years of marriage.

Tamsin Hartley Prentice – Ypsilanti MI
In February I made a revisit to Montserrat,
West Indies. I went to see the active volcano. I had been there in
’85 & ’87 when all was quiet. It is a beautiful small island that
is not inundated with the modern trappings of “cruise ship” genre.
Well worth the trip.

Sold our 34’ trawler four years ago. Became
Florida snowbirds. Just moved into a motor home that will be our
home for most of the next few years while we travel the U.S. Life
is good! Always a new adventure. What will those Horkins do next!
