offer two options for payment. Your donation is tax deductible.

OPTION 1
You
can make a secure, online payment by credit card. Simply complete the
form below, making sure that you complete the quantity field as well as
any other required fields, and click Submit to complete the secured
transaction.
OPTION 2
If you prefer to send in your credit card information or pay by check,
please print and complete our Donation Form
and
mail it to us at P. O. Box 457, Lithopolis OH 43136. Please make checks
payable to BHSAA.
